No. We do not offer gutter services. However, we can highly recommend a trusted gutter service provider.

Can I call you to replace a few broken tiles?
Yes, we replace broken tiles and ensure that we inspect your roof for additional broken tiles. We can also use tiles that you have as extra’s.

Can you work with and liaise with third party insurance companies?
Yes, we do handle insurance claims and can provide the relevant documents required by insurance companies.

Does High Quality Roofing Restoration provide storm damage repairs?

Can you colour match my tiles?
We cannot always guarantee to get an exact colour match to replace your broken tiles. However, we will try to match them the best we can, and place the mismatched colour where it cannot be seen.

We can offer a fixed quote within 24 hours of the agreed inspection date.

What payment options are available to your customers?
We accept cash, cheque and electronic funds transfer. Our customer Tax Invoices detail our bank account details and we seldom ask for a deposit for works. Payment is required upon completion of works.
