• Removal and replacement of broken tiles
• A thorough pressure clean is carried out on your roof using a 3000+psi water blaster; removing all dirt build up and moss, old paint from a prior restoration and any other items sitting on the roof tile
• Removal and replacement of corroded iron valleys
• Remove existing ridge caps and rebidding and repointing them all.
• Apply 1 coat of tile sealer
• Apply 2 coats of NUTECH tile colour

A majority of Complete Restorations take 2-4 days to complete. Throughout the process Miguel and Lisandro are in constant contact with you ensuring you are aware of the commencement date and estimated completion date.

Miguel and Lisandro will provide you with a colour chart to select your choice of roof colour. Our Complete Restorations come with a 10 years warranty.

Water entering through these voids can cause significant damage to your roof and to your ceiling and wall plaster.

High Quality Roofing Restoration ensure that the pointing matches the roof tile and leaves seamless lines. The rebedding process begins by removing most of the damaged pointing and applying a fresh coat of pointing in order to seal the voids, once this stage is complete we then repoint over the rebed using Ridgebond (Flexi-Point Ridge Security System) providing a smooth seamless flexible finish, which in turn provides a flex as your dwelling and the roof move.

Repointing & Rebedding is ideal if you personally can see cracks appearing on your roof in the cappings.
